Rail Signaling

Working on behalf of, or in partnership with many of the industry’s most respected operators, our services include the management, planning, installation, testing and commissioning of complete railway signalling systems.

We also have specific experience with electronic and relay interlocking systems, signalling control centres, ATP, TPWS and ATO systems and all associated trackside signalling equipment.

We have a proven track record delivering a diverse range of projects for a wide variety of clients within the railway industry and our managed process ensures our clients are fully supported throughout the entire project life cycle.

Contracts:

We offer our services on both a fixed-price and a labour-supply basis and we are comfortable to discuss other non-conventional forms of contracting. We also service both short- and long-term contracts in addition to offering call-out contract services.

Engineering

One of our core competencies is civil engineering construction work for railway signalling and electrification projects, including signal post foundations, equipment bases, drivers’ walkways and retaining walls. We undertake cable route installation including under-track and under-road crossings and associated cable laying. Other work includes foundations for larger structures, piling works, construction of equipment buildings and signalling control rooms.

From conducting the initial feasibility study and developing the Construction Phase Plan, through to trackside equipment and implementing the installation process, our project management teams ensure that each project component is completed and fully tested and commissioned before the project is signed off.

Testing and Commissioning 

A strong, robust commissioning partner is essential to conclude the test and inspection paperwork at handover stage of the site into its operational stage. We ensure the installation is functioning as per the specification via a comprehensive testing and inspection process.
